The RMC Academy – FAQ’s
What is it?
The RMC Academy is the new name for our non-accredited learning service, which will incorporate the current Private Instrument Tuition department.
The Academy offers the same high quality, standardised Riverside approach to teaching, amazing tutors and all the benefits of studying at Riverside that you would expect – but will now offer a wider range of instruments and services, a renewed focus on community learning, plus a host of additional features to compliment your tuition including; specialised workshops, masterclasses and live showcase events.
When's it happening?
The first phase launches in August 2022, initially with some of our new Community classes; Mini Musicians (age 3-5), Junior Jams (age 6-9) and the relaunch of group instrument lessons (starting with Guitar, Drums and Ukulele). You can sign up now for these classes!

I’m an existing customer, what changes for me?
You will now have access to our new additional features to compliment your learning, including our workshops and live showcase events. We will also be launching a new, subscription based pricing structure, you can find out more here or you can discuss with our team when you’re onsite or through the usual channels.
